General Application & Special Scholarships

The MCC Foundation offers over 100 scholarship funds, with more than 90 available through the general scholarship application. Some scholarships have additional eligibility requirements. If available, they will be listed below. Review the criteria carefully and complete any additional information required to apply.

  • Eligibility Review: All applicants are reviewed by Financial Aid using your FAFSA and demonstrated financial need. Federal and institutional aid (such as Pell or MAH grants) is applied first, and Foundation scholarships help cover any remaining unmet need.
  • Award Notification: If you receive a scholarship, you will be notified by email. Funds are sent to the bursar and applied to your account after you accept the award, enrollment and need are verified, and a donor thank-you letter is completed.
  • Enrollment Requirement: Scholarships are provided to students who are enrolled in a degree or certificate program at the Manchester campus. Scholarship awards may be reduced or withdrawn if this requirement is not met.
  • Changes to financial aid: If you receive additional financial aid after being awarded a tuition-assistance scholarship, any MCC Foundation scholarship funds that are no longer needed to cover your tuition balance may be returned to the Foundation to support other students.
