Demonstrated financial need, reside in Manchester, East Hartford, Vernon, South Windsor, Andover, Bolton, Columbia, Coventry, Glastonbury, Hebron, Mansfield/Storrs, Marlborough, Tolland, Union, or Willington. Students who reside outside these towns, but in Hartford, Tolland or Windham counties can also be considered.
