For last semester, covers the outstanding tuition for a Manchester campus student’s final classes needed to graduate from CT State Manchester with a degree/certificate. Classes should be taken at or affiliated with the Manchester campus. If the required class is not offered at the Manchester campus, please let us know and we will review your eligibility for an exception.
